Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed with Flower & Tassel. By proceeding with an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
Quotes & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable prior to print.
Design process
Bespoke design pricing includes the layout and refinement of the agreed concept. Significant changes to direction or additional design work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Illustrations & Artwork
Your quote includes the use of Flower & Tassel’s existing illustration library where appropriate. Any bespoke illustration work, such as custom drawings or artwork not already available, is not included as standard and will be quoted separately. Pricing will vary depending on the complexity, detail, and time required.
Proofing & approval
Final artwork will be supplied for approval prior to print. Once approved, Flower & Tassel cannot be held responsible for any errors, including spelling or incorrect details.
Printing
Due to the nature of printing and paper stocks, slight colour variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed items.
Amendments
Final quantities must be confirmed prior to print. Additional items requested after approval may be subject to revised pricing and lead times.
Lead times
Lead times vary depending on the scope of the order.
Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and an additional fee.
Delivery
Delivery is quoted per order. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Delivery or Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm for urgent orders. Flower & Tassel cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
International orders
International shipping is available. Any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellations & refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of the work, refunds cannot be offered once design work has commenced.
